Where will I be picked up at the Jacksonville International Airport?
Your driver will meet you downstairs, inside the terminal, next to baggage carousel #1. The driver will have a sign with your name or company name on it.

 

Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, there is a one hour cancellation policy. You must cancel at least one hour prior to pickup time or your card will be charged for the quoted transportation fee.

 

Do I need a credit card to make a reservation?
Yes, we require a credit card to hold your reservation. It is also a confirmation of the reservation, however, you will not be charged unless authorized by you, the cardholder, or in the event that our one-hour cancellation policy is violated.

 

Will I get a receipt?

Absolutely, the driver can email you a receipt for credit card or cash transactions. This will be done immediately upon completion of our service.

 

Is Amelia Airport Shuttle & Transportation registered with the State of Florida?

Yes, this is a requirement for professional transportation services.

What does Flat rate pricing mean?
We charge one set price for the vehicle per reservation. If a share ride (up to 6 persons) is provided, each reservation will be charged a adjusted/reduced price.
